For eligible orders under $75, a return is generally not required. If Splashis requires a return, we provide a prepaid label or arrange another return method at our expense. If a label is unavailable, contact support before paying postage so we can arrange an alternative or confirm reimbursement of the agreed reasonable cost. Support will provide the approved return address; our registered address is not a return facility.
